Sidequest started in 2019 when founder Jeroen used games during his master's studies to make complex sustainability challenges easier to understand.
What started as a passion for creating fun games then evolved into a new approach to learning.

We create board games, card games, digital games, hybrids (with both physical and digital components), and interactive workshop formats. Everything is designed around a specific learning goal, from sustainability and strategy to team collaboration and onboarding.
Most workshops run between 2 and 4 hours, depending on the topic and group size. We also offer shorter 90-minute formats for team energizers or conference sessions.
